Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic People Services team as an Organizational Development Associate. This role will provide vital support across multiple divisions of the company, contributing to employee advisory services, compliance, HR data analysis, project coordination, and organizational change initiatives. The OD Associate will work closely with HR operations, Training, and business leaders to ensure programs are aligned with business needs and company strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support OD Strategy: Support the design and delivery of OD initiatives, including leadership development and the creation of performance management tools that strengthen workforce performance and align with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Research & Analytics: Conduct research, surveys, and HR data analysis to identify organizational gaps, trends, and opportunities for change initiatives.
  • Project Management Support: Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables for OD and HR strategic projects.
  • Change Management: Support communication, training, and adoption efforts for organizational change initiatives.
  • Program Administration: Maintain materials, records, and systems for employee relations, succession planning and performance management programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Support: Help run surveys, analyze results, and propose action plans to enhance engagement and culture.
  • Policy & Process Development: Assist in drafting or updating HR/OD policies, processes, and SOPs.
  • Facilitation Support: Develop content for presentations, workshops, and learning sessions for leaders and employees, while collaborating with the Training Manager who facilitates and supports the delivery.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR operations, training, recruitment, and business leaders to ensure OD programs are aligned with business needs.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR, organizational development (including change management and performance management support), compliance, employee advisory services, and project coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct surveys and interpret HR/OD data.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with change management principles.

 

Required Testing 

  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR   

 

Position Location 

  •  Corporate office in San Antonio, TX; Reporting: direct to the Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer.
