Position Overview:

Qualifications:

• Licensed in a U.S. State, Territory, or D.C.
• Completion of an accredited CVT program
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification through ARDMS
• Minimum 12 months recent Cath/EP lab experience within the past 24 months
• Minimum 2 years performing catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Cardiologists during procedures and perform diagnostic tests (ECG, IVUS, Holter, etc.)
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies
• Prepare and operate catheters, guide wires, stents, and other specialized equipment
• Maintain procedure suite, perform quality checks, and document patient data using VA systems
• Adhere to VA standards for patient care, safety, and professional conduct
• Participate in required VA training and orientation
