Job Overview
The Supervisor’s main responsibility is to oversee the execution of all service operations for a particular shift in
order to serve our guests and provide an unforgettable, positive experience. They must maintain an
understanding of all menus, service standards and set up of each particular space. This position will serve as the
point person for service in the particular area they are scheduled for each shift.
This position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of their area of responsibility. These duties include but are
not limited to sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and maintaining a clean work environment. All while
maintaining consistent contact with our guests and accommodating their needs. This position includes, but may
not be limited to, food & beverage operations at all Beach Pavillion food kiosks, trucks, food court, and bars,
Cason’s Garden, Discovery Café, and festival activations.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Interact with our fellow hosts and guests with a friendly and helpful manner at all times.
• Lead team by providing clear instructions, coaching, and guidance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working conditions
• Complete assigned business-related functions including weekly inventory, proper ordering,
timekeeping etc.
• Comply with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations at all
times.
• Be able to effectively listen to, understand and clarify concerns and issues related to guests.
• Must be able to abide by all cash handling standards.
• Must have knowledge of all department of health standards or have the ability to learn.
• Must have knowledge of the Point of Sale system or have the ability to learn.
• Must be comfortable and capable of leading a team.
• Must work well with a team.
• Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
• Be able to interact with guests and hosts in a friendly service-oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming to include wearing a name tag and
proper uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Comply at all times with standards and
regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications
• Must be flexible with working on weekends and holidays.
• This position’s responsibility spans over multiple venues and outlets.
• Working closely with others is required. Open communication is necessary.
• Must be able to lift or move at least 25lbs regularly. Must be able to work in any weather condition. Must
be able to stand for long periods of time
