BHN is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) to join our Executive Leadership Team and help guide the future of behavioral healthcare in the region.

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Vice President, you will serve as a key member of BHN’s Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will oversee operational and clinical leadership, ensure financial sustainability, and foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and excellence across the organization.
Lead a comprehensive business model that integrates operations, clinical care, and strategic initiatives
Oversee financial, material, and human resources to ensure sustainable growth
Establish strategic vision and operational leadership to deliver high-quality, equitable care
Collaborate with community partners, providers, and agencies to expand access and services
Serve as a trusted advisor on complex behavioral health, substance use, and disability issues
Foster a culture that values equity, social justice, diversity, and accessibility
Guide executive leaders and unify teams to drive BHN’s mission forward
Who You Are:
Master’s Degree in Human Services, Health Care Management, or a related field required
Relevant license (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT) preferred
Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in human services or healthcare
Nonprofit management experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of health insurance, population health, and behavioral healthcare systems
Visionary leader with excellent communication and consensus-building skills
Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
