·         Provide first-level support for computers, printers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, slot systems, scanners and other IT hardware and software.

·         Respond to IT help desk requests, document issues, and track resolutions.

·         Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, servers, network devices, and gaming systems.

·         Maintain accurate logs of system changes in compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) requirements.

·         Support surveillance, security, and compliance systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.

·          Assist with user account management, password resets, and system access requests.

·         Conduct routine hardware inspections, updates, and preventive maintenance.

·         Escalate complex issues to IT Director or external vendors as necessary.

·         Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information per company policies and regulatory requirements.

·         Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed in a 24/7 casino operation.

·         Develop recommendations for management.

·         Responsible for maintaining IT compliance with Nevada Gaming Regulation

          Other reasonable duties assigned.

  • Must be 21 years or older and be able to obtain a Gaming Card
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guests relations
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part as a team
  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
