Job Summary:
The In-Room Dining / Banquet Support role is a hybrid position that enhances the guest experience by providing seamless in-room amenity deliveries and assisting with banquet operations. This team member ensures timely, accurate, and professional delivery of in-room dining amenities while also supporting banquet setup, service, and breakdown for events. The position requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering luxury service standards across multiple guest touchpoints.

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay Rate: $16/hour plus gratuity. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

- Respond promptly and professionally to in-room dining and amenity requests via email, phone, and internal communication systems.
- Deliver in-room amenities through out the resort. in a timely, polished, and guest-focused manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Accommodate last-minute requests with professionalism, flexibility, and efficiency.
- Track and document all amenity deliveries, ensuring proper billing and record keeping.
- Assist banquet teams with setup, service, and breakdown of events, including table settings, décor, food service, and beverage support.
- Maintain polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times while upholding Black Desert Resort’s luxury service standards.
- Work collaboratively with Banquets, Culinary, Housekeeping, and Front Office to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Follow all food safety, liquor service, and sanitation procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by F&B leadership.
- Prior hospitality or guest service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities and last-minute requests.
- Team player with a positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 21 year or older by start date.
- Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server Permit required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Valid Utah Driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
