The Opportunity: 

Product Logistics Lead 

 

Who We Look For: 

We are seeking a dedicated Product Logistics Lead for a full-time position. This role involves receiving incoming goods, verifying them against delivery invoices, and transporting items from the loading dock to designated locations. The Product Logistics Lead plays an important role in inventory control; thus, strong organizational skills are essential. It is preferred that candidates have previous retail storeroom, procurement, and/or retail sales experience.

 

Responsibilities: 

This role is responsible for the transportation, preparation, and receipt of all incoming merchandise, ensuring items are either presented on the sales floor or properly stored in designated backstock areas. The position also oversees the cleanliness and organization of all retail storeroom spaces. Additional responsibilities include supporting monthly physical inventory counts, contributing to visual merchandising efforts/events, and assisting the sales team by prioritizing guest requests. As a member of the Retail Team, this role requires cross-training in sales associate duties and a foundational understanding of procurement processes.

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Prior experience of 1 year in an industry related role is preferred.  

  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. 

  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. 

  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. 

  • Self-motivated and high work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team

  • Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to learn and execute processes associated with computerized point of sale systems, visual planning and retail procurement/ inventory control. 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays is required.
