Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and maintain highly available micro-service ecosystem
- Work effectively in a cross-regional environment, collaborating with team members from different locations to achieve project goals.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and tools as a developer
- Implement and maintain security controls and compliance requirements
- Design, configure and manage observability for our systems to ensure application availability and performance
- Own, implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a similar field of study.
- Min. 3+ years of experience in software development using Java programming language
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills with attention to details
- Highly self-motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with REST APIs and frameworks such as Spring Boot
- Familiarity with cloud computing terminologies and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes
- Familiarity with SRE principles and tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Familiarity with Linux as an application runtime environment
