Wage: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Hours: Up-to 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to play a critical role in MCA’s growth initiatives. In this position, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer base and drive revenue.

  • Conduct market research, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Present MCA’s products and services to prospects and deliver persuasive proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for both clients and MCA.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective sales and business development strategies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal stakeholders and monitor progress against corporate goals.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Diploma, degree, or relevant experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven ability in sales and persuasion, consistently closing deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in negotiation and strategic thinking to drive long-term growth.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and inform business decisions.
  • Collaborative, proactive, ambitious, and capable of working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrates initiative in identifying opportunities and driving success.
