Position Overview
Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Labor Foreman tooversee and coordinate labor crews on construction projects in Estero, FL. Thisrole involves supervising site laborers, ensuring cleanliness and organization,and assisting with the transportation of on-site personnel. The ideal candidatewill be safety-focused, organized, and capable of leading a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct labor crews to ensure tasks arecompleted safely and efficiently.
• Perform and oversee site cleanup to maintain a safe andorganized work environment.
• Coordinate and assist with bussing on-site personnel asneeded.
• Assign daily tasks to laborers and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and companypolicies.
• Maintain accurate records of labor hours and equipmentusage.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and otherteam members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Labor Foreman or similarsupervisory role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safetypractices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug test prior to employment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to perform labor-related tasks whennecessary.
