Pour visualiser la description de poste en français, veuillez sélectionner le français dans le menu déroulant au haut de la page.We are looking to fill an Associate Quality Designer (AQD) role within the QVS organization, reporting to a Development Director within the QSP team, to help accomplish the quality strategy for content publishing.QSP are responsible for the Quality Coverage surrounding publishing events of our products and services developed and released across multiple platforms our users engage with daily. You will work directly with our partners to verify the quality of the end to end-user experiences of content publishes, software updates, releases, promotions, sales and all future projects on how we publish content to our users.This role will involve you carrying out quality verification on our web, consoles and software applications to the highest standard using both scripted and non scripted testing methods through manual and automated approaches. You will also proactively work on planning, documenting and preparing to implement our Quality Strategy ensuring any issues and/or risks are identified and addressed or reduced, while ensuring to be the voice of quality throughout.Responsibilities Carrying out our testing strategies for our current products to verify content, marketing, user experiences and application releases while working with our partners to resolve bugsWork in partnership with Quality Designers, Leads, Managers, and peers to improve our quality impact upstream in the development and content creation processUse multiple testing methodologies (such as Agile) on features/tools as they are developed, while also becoming knowledgeable of both the content creation flow and development cycleUse existing risk-based testing strategies within your area and apply established tactics towards introducing efficiency into how and where we testCreate task breakdown and estimates in early planning stages of releases while being the main driver for gathering design information and updates from partner and publishing teamsUse a Player First approach while thinking about the Quality our players receive. Be the voice of QUALITYWork with other team members on issue reporting and ensuring close collaboration between our team and our partnersPerform the proposed testing approaches in the area assigned, and implement testing procedures within the said area to confirm expected vs actual resultsTranslate End-to-end player experiences into testing strategies Who you areTeam-oriented and can manage workload along with other projectsPlayer First - Ability to showcase how a feature/bug/change could positively or negatively be received, and what impact it may have on our usersUnderstand complex features/systems, how they function and their impact to the end user experienceWork in group settings under high-pressure and take ownership of tasks to achieve resolutionAnalyze results/problems on test projects, identify and guide appropriate action to ensure product qualityUsing an experimental mindset, you will propose and provide solutions.Knowledge with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and its benefits to a live service publishing modelSomeone who can inspire and cultivate ideas to promote our Quality strategyRequirementsMinimum 2 years of Quality Assurance, or comparable development experience.Experience creating and delivering reporting for multiple levels of partnersExperience with documentation creation and maintenanceUnderstanding of automated testingExperience in PC, Mac, mobile and console useFamiliarity with game publishing platforms Work with distributed teams.Defect and Task tracking tool experience.Experience using collaborative development tools.Can work within a hybrid model split between the EA office and at home Shift work as needed Candidarsi ora
