Beer Merchandiser - Part Time
Department: Sales Location: Randolph, MABeer Merchandiser - Part Time
This is a great entry level opportunity! We are looking for a part time merchandiser to service our accounts 2-3 days per week, flexible hours up to a maximum of 25 hours per week, and Saturdays are required.
This position has a rate of $22.00/hour. You must have a clean driving record, reliable transportation and be able to pass pre-employment testing.
Primary Purpose:
Execute all merchandising and activation programs at accounts by working closely with and in support of the sales management team as well as our delivery team. Assure effective administration and utilization of all point of sale (POS) material, including displays at accounts. Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed.
Responsibilities:
� Merchandise accounts in accordance with BDC standards
� Stock and rotate products in all accounts in accordance with BDC standards
� Establish and maintain customer rapport by providing outstanding customer service; follow up on commitments and call on all assigned accounts in assigned area
Required Skills:
� Effective communication skills, both written and oral
� Ability to organize, plan and manage time effectively
� Self-directed requiring limited supervision
� Able to pull, push and lift up to 75 lbs.
Experience:
� Previous sales knowledge helpful
� Previous retail experience preferred
� Previous food and beverage industry experience preferred
� High school diploma required; college degree preferred
� Must possess a valid driver�s license and a clean driving record
