Your Impact
- You lead and develop requirement definition, analysis, and documentation processes across system levels for assigned projects
- You derive and translate product system needs into clear, actionable requirements
- You participate in system definition alongside engineering leads, ensuring cross-product reusability where applicable
- You define and implement processes, methods, and tools in alignment with relevant stakeholders
- You collaborate closely with the Global System Architectures Manager and other Systems Engineering roles
- You train, coach, and support process users while providing necessary tools and templates
- You monitor process compliance, define KPIs, and drive continuous process improvement
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements engineering and management, ideally in the automotive or agricultural sector
- Solid knowledge of system modeling languages (e.g. SysML) and hands-on experience with requirements and MBSE tools
- Proven expertise in formal requirements management and system architecture
- Strong drive for continuous process improvement and automation using Agile, Lean, and modern technologies
- Broad interdisciplinary understanding across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
- Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally
