LPN Clinical Coordinator presso Harbin Clinic LLC

Job Summary:

The LPN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a variety of clinical duties that support the daily operation of the practice or department and the delivery of a superior patient experience.  The Clinical Coordinator manages the schedule and staffing assignments of clinical staff, oversees training of new staff, leads process improvement initiatives, addresses problems and questions with patients, serves as a liaison between front and back office operations, performs clinical duties (patient intake, triage, specialty procedures, medication administration, patient education, etc.), and assists the office manager with personnel related matters such as annual performance reviews, performance issues, and hiring decisions.

Requirements:

 1. Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing

 2. Georgia LPN License

 3. Minimum of two years of experience as a clinical nurse
