Exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new best-in-class AdTech, Customer Data & Identity Technology team. 

We’re looking for a dynamic Technology Program Manager to lead delivery across our UA & Kinective business, driving execution of transformative initiatives in Customer Data (Customer 360/CDP), Identity Management (unique ID), and Kinective Media technologies. 

In this role, you will own programs from ideation to release—aligning with strategic objectives, defining requirements, planning resources, and ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. You’ll drive PI Planning across multiple agile teams, empower local and offshore scrum masters, track dependencies and risks, manage budgets, and standardize frameworks and tools across the enterprise. 

As a seasoned leader, you’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, bridging product, technology, and business teams. You’ll manage communications with stakeholders at every level—clients, sponsors, partners, and executives—while ensuring strict adherence to methodologies and standards. 

This role is ideal for a business-savvy, cloud-native program leader with deep agile delivery expertise, cross-functional leadership skills, and a passion for data-driven products. Airline and media network experience is a strong plus. 

·         Drive Program Planning & Delivery – Lead PI planning sessions, align delivery schedules across multiple agile teams, and ensure execution against strategic business and product roadmap

·         Lead & Mentor Teams – Manage and coach a distributed team of Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of high performance, ownership, and continuous improvement 

·         Manage Risks & Dependencies – Identify, track, and resolve program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, enabling smooth delivery 

·         Oversee Budgets & Vendors – Manage program budgets, procurement processes, contractor onboarding, and vendor/partner relationships with transparency and fiscal accountability 

·         Elevate Agile Practices – Establish and refine standardized frameworks, best practices, and reporting tools to scale agile delivery across team

·         Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, technology, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and transparent communication. Work closely with business and product teams to manage their priorities and tasks

·         Align Technology & Strategy – Maintain a strong understanding of Customer 360, identity management, and Kinective media network technologies to anticipate challenges and translate strategy into actionable plans. 


Minimum Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field  

·         7+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, preferably in cloud-native (AWS) environments and agile organizations 

·         Proven success leading large-scale, multi-team agile programs (PI Planning, SAFe, Agile Release Trains, or similar). 

·         Demonstrated leadership of distributed, cross-functional teams with strong mentoring and coaching skills. 

·         Strong business acumen with the ability to map technical initiatives to business outcomes and influence senior stakeholders. 

·         Experience or deep knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP), privacy, AWS cloud platform, and modern data management practices. 

·         Expertise in risk management, problem resolution, decision-making, and program budget/vendor oversight. 

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities. 

·         Technical credibility with deep knowledge of SDLC, project management, and emerging technologies. 

·         Commitment to accountability, prioritization, and continuous improvement. 

·         Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; reliable, punctual attendance required. 

Preferred Requirements

·         Master's degree 

·         Experience in Airline industry and/or AdTech/MarTech
