Oracle Technical Analyst
Graceland University’s Digital Transformation includes implementation of Oracle Cloud as the administrative ERP system. The Oracle Technical Analyst will manage security roles, develop reports, and provide support for Oracle production environments. The successful candidate will participate in the implementation of Oracle Student Information System (SIS).
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Maintain user accounts and manage security roles.
• Coordinate data refreshes and perform required post-refresh validations.
• Develop proficiency in Oracle's suite of analytical tools.
• Promote Tech Support services and represent the Information Technology Services, including creating job aids, planning & working at events, contributing ideas, and helping to maintain user satisfaction.
