Job Title: Goode Company Brand Intern
Job Purpose:

Our Brand Intern will play a key role within our Brand Team, contributing to business initiatives, events, and projects designed to drive traffic, sales, brand awareness, reservations, and overall success for Goode Company and Levi Goode Brands. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Catering & Events, Finance, People & Culture, and Operations. This position provides an opportunity to learn the inner workings of a 47-year-old restaurant brand and build key relationships and skills to thrive in the hospitality industry.
Brand Department Vision:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the brand and generate awareness.
- Manage brand projects, collaborating with agency and internal teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, both digital and printed.
- Use consumer insights to contribute to brand strategies and briefs.
- Work with other departments (Operations, Catering & Events, People & Culture, Culinary, Beverage, Finance, etc.) on brand initiatives.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and provide input to marketing projects.
- Offer administrative support to the Brand Team.
- Remain organized while managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- Ensure brand standards, guidelines, and voice are consistent across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Currently studying marketing, communications, PR, or a related field at an accredited university.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
- Curiosity and interest in the restaurant industry.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is preferred.
- Passion for the restaurant industry and Western culture.
- Experience in photography, digital design, or graphic design is preferred (proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe, and other relevant tools).
- Experience using Monday.com is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a personal computer.
