 Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager to oversee our entire portfolio of rental technology equipment. Reporting to the Director of Logistics and Fulfillment, this role will be responsible for driving efficiency, minimizing loss, and maximizing the value of our assets throughout their lifecycle. You will develop and implement asset management strategies, oversee inventory control processes, and lead a geographically dispersed team of asset and inventory professionals working across multiple locations.

This is a high-impact role for a leader who can bridge operational detail with strategic vision, ensuring our customers receive quality equipment—on time, every time.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute asset management strategies to optimize return on investment and reduce loss, theft, or obsolescence.
  • Supervise all phases of inventory management — from receipt and tracking to deployment, return, and storage.
  • Implement and oversee robust systems for asset tracking, maintenance, and condition reporting.
  • Partner with sales, logistics, and operations teams to forecast demand and optimize asset deployment.
  • Establish and enforce procedures for accuracy, integrity, and loss prevention.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment acquisition and servicing.
  • Track performance metrics (including KPIs) and provide regular reporting using tools such as Power BI.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team, fostering strong communication, accountability, and collaboration across locations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company operational guidelines.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and asset longevity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field (MBA preferred). Commensurate work experience is acceptable.
  • Significant experience in asset and/or inventory management, preferably in an equipment rental or technology-based environment.
  • Proven track record of managing inventory systems, analytics, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities, including managing remote or multi-location teams.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

If you are passionate about maximizing asset performance, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams across locations, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and play a key role in delivering our customers the best in rental technology solutions.
