Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, teens, and young adults? Join our growing Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team at Lenape Valley Foundation as a Part-Time Mobile Therapist. This role offers the opportunity to provide trauma-informed, individualized therapy to youth (ages 3–21) in their homes, schools, and communities. As part of our IBHS team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally while making a lasting difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Internship experience required; prior experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work after school and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Computer proficiency; experience with EHRs and concurrent documentation preferred.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation.
Your Role
- Deliver individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including concurrent documentation in EHRs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive and dynamic clinical environment.
- Participate in team meetings, individual and group supervision, and ongoing training.
