Job Summary
The Senior Finance Manager serves as a strategic business partner, delivering data-driven financial insights and leading planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support key initiatives and executive decision-making. This role drives cost efficiency, ensures compliance, and collaborates cross-functionally to align financial goals with corporate strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations that drive business performance.
- Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven analysis and financial modeling for key business initiatives, including product development, capital investments, and cost optimization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring financial goals align with business objectives and corporate strategy.
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze business performance, variances, and key financial metrics, presenting actionable recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Drive the monthly and quarterly review process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Business Case Development:
- Support the development of business cases for new products, initiatives, and capital expenditures, including financial modeling, risk analysis, and return-on-investment evaluations.
- Assist with evaluating and justifying capital investment projects, providing financial analysis to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Financial Reporting & Performance Metrics:
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting financial performance, key drivers, and variances.
- Develop and maintain financial performance dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with different functions, such as operations, supply chain, and R&D, to drive financial alignment and ensure financial goals are integrated into business processes.
- Support ad-hoc projects and provide financial insights to facilitate decision-making across departments.
- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Monitor financial risks and support the identification and mitigation of potential risks within business operations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and local regulations, working with the internal audit team as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA are a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or related roles, preferably within a semiconductor or technology-driven company.
Desired Characteristics & Attributes:
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting and business case development.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics and cost structures is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
The actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
