Job Summary:
Falcon’s Creative Group is a diversified global entertainment, consumer experience, and technology enterprise that accelerates intellectual property (IP) activations concurrently across physical and digital experiences.
The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating digital scaled models, drawings, and drawing packages of the design intent in BIM. This position involves coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to translate creative concepts into technically accurate drawings and models for attractions, entertainment spaces, and full park master plans. The Architectural Designer collaborates closely with creative, engineering, and production teams to ensure the seamless integration of design intent and technical feasibility, contributing to the successful execution of theme park, attraction, and entertainment projects.
Essential Functions:
- Work with Senior Architectural Designers to develop facility and architectural concepts. Provide support to the lead architectural project designer to develop the strategic vision and architectural direction.
- Create detailed architectural designs using tools from sketch to BIM models that accurately represent both creative design and technical elements of themed entertainment projects.
- Collaborate with concept artist, show designers, ride engineers, scenic artists, audio and lighting engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate different modeled components into the coordinated BIM model.
- Integrate with master planning and landscape teams (both internal and external) to create a cohesive set of drawings.
- Create Conceptual, Schematic and Detailed Drawings and Design Packages using BIM models. Produce Documentation and Visualization.
- Manage and review the technical drawing packages created from BIM model.
- Manage and integrate all documentation for the drawing package that is created outside of Revit.
- Implement Digital Delivery strategies into Architectural BIM Models.
- Manage Architectural workflow for specialist sub-consultants to ensure their designs are accurately represented in the coordinated model.
- Manage templates, standards, and common elements required for designing themed entertainment and experience products produced by Falcon’s.
- Conduct thorough reviews of BIM models to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, BEP/DDEP and creative design intent.
- Conduct regular quality checks on BIM content, model accuracy, and data integrity specific to themed entertainment projects.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects.
- Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and timelines related to architectural design.
- Assemble documentation into a presentation and be able to present internally and/or in front of clients and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to elevate their Architectural proficiency and industry understanding.

- Contribute creative ideas to enhance interactivity, visual effects, and immersive elements.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture with 3 to 5 years of experience working in big scale projects.
- Proven ability to convey architectural design into architectural documents: Conceptual, Schematic and Design Development level.
- Work independently on document production and take the lead when necessary, managing multiple project workstreams to ensure milestones and production timelines are met.
- Basic knowledge of construction and structural systems and details.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam Studio and other relevant BIM software.
- Experience preferred in Rhino, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine.
- Experience preferred in Dynamo.
- Experience in BIM modeling and coordination within the themed entertainment industry.
- Understanding of immersive experience design, show set architecture, and technical integration.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical implementation.
- Familiarity with 3D visualization, rendering, and animation tools is advantageous.
- Professional certifications related to BIM are a plus.
- Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
