- Batteries are the key to our transition to a green economy. They are essential in mobile as well as stationary applications. Designing better batteries for various applications keeping in mind energy density, sustainability and cost or raw materials, longevity, etc. is a super exciting research field now. Fujitsu research of America has created a sophisticated Battery LLM tool that can answer complex questions about batteries with reputable citations. We would like to create a cloud based paid service for this tool for individuals and corporations. This internship is about taking the developed technology and creating a robust cloud service out of it. Internship can be full-time or part time. On-site is preferred but remote applications will be considered.
Experience:
- Prior experience in cloud based app development or similar experiences is a requirement. Familiarity with LLM based tools with help as will some background on battery related technologies.
Goals:
At the end of the internship program, we hope to have created a cloud service that is open to use by third parties.
Job Duties:
The intern will be responsible for the following:
- Reading and understanding developed technology based on LLMs and RAG
- Hosting the technology in a secure manner in a public cloud to be used by third parties
- Implement an accounting and payment system that account holders can use to pay for the service
- Documentation of developed service
