How do our Warranty Admin Drive Impact?
Our Warranty Admin will be someone who will be providing our customers with exceptional service in respect to their warranty work. Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Processing warranty claims in their entirety in line with manufacturer conditions.
- Process, reconcile, investigate claims as needed with appropriate communications to all parties.
- Accurately process P2P invoices, bills and monitor rebate deadlines.
We're Looking For:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
- Proven experience working within a team environment.
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
- ADP experience is highly desirable.
- Having a good understanding of automotive parts and cars is desirable.
- This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
