Position: Program Assistance
Location: Onsite - Arlington, VA
Clearance: Secret
ODRG is seeking a Program Assistance to perform administrative tasks in support of Project Associates, Project Administrators, and Project Managers, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects. Responsibilities include conducting research, drafting reports, maintaining project management tracking systems, handling calls, and managing correspondence from project team members. The role also involves organizing meetings, conducting outreach, monitoring budgets, and managing detailed task tracking. Additionally, the Program Assistant supports management in brainstorming ideas, troubleshooting issues, exploring various approaches, and defining goals and metrics.

- In-Office Position: Candidates must live in the Arlington VA metropolitan area and be willing to work in the client's office 100% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 years of relevant experience
Security Clearance Requirements:
- This position requires you to have an active Secret Clearance. A government background investigation will be conducted on selected applicants to determine whether they qualify for access to classified information.
