Wine Garden Busser / Food Runner presso Folktale Group LLC

Description

The Wine Garden Team Member must be willing to navigate and be cross trained on several aspects of the wine garden.  Team Members earn $16.50/hr base, $20-$30  per hour when including tips!

Busser: assist the Wine Garden Educators to create a memorable guest experience & excellent quality of service.

Food Runner: assist the Wine Garden Educators with food delivery to tables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The part-time busser / food runner duties include, but are not limited to, bussing & cleaning tables, polishing & replenishing tableware, polishing & replenishing wine glasses, maintaining a clean work environment which will include the proper disposal of trash and recyclable materials. Must be able to multitask & prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a friendly demeanor & composure. Enforce & support safe work conditions by removing hazards, such as wet floors or debris. Maintain in-depth knowledge about the wines, the vineyards, the brands, and the winery. 

Requirements

• Must have weekday afternoon / evening availability!
• At least 3 years hospitality experience preferred.
• A smile and positive attitude!
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor 
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Maintain friendly and professional demeanor in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends.
• Excellent customer service.  
• Food Handlers Certificate.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
