Description
Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team to support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The Learning and Development Program Manager works with stakeholders across the business to design and implement learning programs that enable Aduro to meet its goals. This is a fast-paced role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing company.
Why Aduro?
We’re not your typical fund administrators. We’re modern, innovative, and backed by deep industry experience, allowing our clients to focus on investing while we handle the details. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with thoughtful and adaptable service while leveraging best-in-class technology.
We thrive in a people-first culture where each team member can impact the success of the business. We do this by investing heavily in training and development programs, providing ample opportunities for growth, and focusing on fostering a culture of collaboration and community.
The Learning and Development Program Manager will work with diverse stakeholders across the organization to understand what programming will best enable progress toward company priorities. One day you’ll build training to teach managers how to coach team members effectively. The next you’ll deliver new hire training to our newest group of accountants. You’ll love this role if you’re passionate about helping people grow, have a knack for understanding and managing stakeholders, and take program evaluation seriously. You’ll also enjoy this role if you like to spend your days with a mix of facilitation, content development, and program design. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an expert project manager and know the balance between collaborating with SMEs and moving work forward independently. You’ll also be comfortable thinking critically about programming types and building the least resource-intensive programming that meets the goal.
Here is the type of work you will do:
- Understand stakeholder and business needs and design new learning programs to support them through high-quality project management
