🔥 Your Mission

• Lead from the front: Sell SumUp’s POS and payment solutions in the field.

• Build & coach: Recruit and develop 10–15 commission-based Field Sales Reps.

• Scale impact: Grow our presence across Berlin and beyond.

• Drive performance: Set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and celebrate success.

• Be the market expert: Represent SumUp locally and share insights with HQ.

🧠 We’re looking for someone who

• Has proven experience in field sales / direct sales.

• Knows how to lead and motivate commission-based teams.

• Is entrepreneurial, resilient, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Understands the needs of small businesses and merchants.

• Speaks fluent German and English.
