This position plays a pivotal role in strengthening Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Capital Markets platform. You will sit at the centre of our operations, delivering high-quality financial modelling and analysis, insightful market research, and best-in-class marketing support, enabling senior team members to focus on client relationships and strategic expansion.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Market Intelligence: Source, verify, and analyse sales evidence at both local and national levels to support strategic decision-making.
Financial Modelling & Insights: Develop sophisticated property cash flow models and produce detailed market insight reports.
Database Management: Build and maintain comprehensive records of properties, companies, and key contacts to ensure the integrity of our knowledge base.
Marketing Delivery: Prepare compelling marketing reports, advertising collateral, and high-quality pitch documentation.
Campaign Execution: Manage due diligence processes, coordinate responses to campaign queries, and ensure accurate and timely information is provided.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with external agents, brokers, and valuers, as well as internal teams across research, valuation, marketing, and brokerage functions.
About You
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional who demonstrates both technical expertise and commercial acumen.
You will ideally bring:
A degree in property, business, economics, or finance.
Proven experience as a Valuer/Senior Valuer or in a similar Senior Analyst capacity.
Advanced financial modelling skills, with experience in Forbury and modelling retail assets.
Strong knowledge of commercial property value drivers, particularly within the retail and shopping Centre sectors.
Proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to priorities, work autonomously, and deliver within tight timeframes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
