Are you detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to make an impact in a fast-moving industry? We’re looking for a Qualifications Coordinator to join our team and help ensure new Drivers are qualified, compliant, and ready to hit the road quickly.


In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our Drivers, Agents, and internal stakeholders, making sure applications move smoothly through the approval process. You’ll combine your sharp eye for detail with strong communication skills to review documents, keep all parties informed, and help minimize any delays that could impact service.


Essential Job Duties

  • Review new Driver applications for eligibility based on company standards and federal regulations
  • Verify background checks and Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) for compliance
  • Communicate with Agents and Drivers via phone and email, providing updates on application status
  • Review and track Driver drug test results
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
  • Monitor process metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and accountability

Requirements


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
  • Ability to quickly pivot from one task to another and reprioritize throughout the day
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English in a professional manner
  • Dependable and consistently available to work scheduled hours


Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience working in an administrative or office environment
  • Experience within trucking industry
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish
