The opportunity
We are offering a fixed Term, Maternity Leave cover for an Enrolled Nurse to join our passionate and experienced team in Morphett Vale This is your chance to build a truly rewarding career in the community, with the autonomy, flexibility, and support to thrive.
Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule, 0800-1700 work span — no weekends and no shift work!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive in their own homes
- Advocate for clients and families, ensuring their rights and wellbeing are supported
- Educate and empower clients and carers to make informed decisions
- Provide clinical support, including medication management, assessments, and wound care
- Work independently, while staying connected to a supportive team
- Build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, and health professionals to establish goals, provide support and education
About you
You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:
- A current AHPRA registration
- Minimum two years post-graduate nursing experience, including Medication training HLTEN507 A/B/C
- Aged Care / Community experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
- A passion for client-centred care
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic, changing environments
- A valid full Australian driver’s licence
