Pay Rate: $24.00/hour and up, based on experience

Our Las Vegas headquarters is home to our national customer service, accounting, and technology teams, along with our 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC), which keeps our networks monitored and protected around the clock.
What You’ll Do
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure our clients’ tech needs are met before, during, and after their events. You’ll work closely with show management, site teams, and major customers to ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Coordinating sales and service activities with show and site teams
- Consulting with clients to understand their Internet and Telephony needs
- Attending planning visits and pre-conference meetings
- Researching past event history and building detailed quotes
- Keeping orders updated in our system and communicating changes
- Sharing event details with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Handling billing, resolving issues, and suggesting additional services
- Using our proprietary software to manage customer interactions
- Supporting customer service staff and responding to inquiries
- Explaining our products and services clearly and confidently
- Training junior staff and assisting managers when needed
- Preparing show site reports and collaborating across departments
- Occasionally working evenings and weekends when events are live
- Taking on additional duties as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm and professional
- A polished, confident presence and great communication skills
- Familiarity with telecom and network services is a plus
- A quick learner who adapts easily to changing needs
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the tradeshow or telecommunications industry is a bonus
