The Role
This position will be part of the Group Administration Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Administering the group’s travel management portfolio: travel policy administration, travel procurement, travel risk program, travel portfolio administration and travel spent analysis.
- Provide administrative guidance to overseas staff on administrative policies and procedures, support the business continuity management programme as part of our operations risks management.
- Ensure compliance with the necessary standard operating procedures and to keep them up-to-date through regular reviews and updates.
- Organise corporate events and staff engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience in an administrative operations environment.
- Possess leadership qualities and strong planning and organisational skills.
- Able to adapt to frequent shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
