Job Title - L2 Production Support Lead

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor production systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and escalations in a timely manner
2. Perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for recurring issues
3. Troubleshoot application-level issues in Java-based systems
4. Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze and resolve data-related issues
5. Manage and automate routine UNIX/Linux system tasks
6. Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless production operations
7. Participate in on-call rotation and ensure 24x7 availability during support shifts
Required Skills and Experience:
1. 8+ years of experience in Production Support or Application Support roles
2. Strong hands-on knowledge of Java (debugging, log analysis)
3. Proficiency in SQL (querying, data analysis, basic performance tuning)
4. Good working experience with UNIX/Linux commands and scripting
5. Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics) is a plus
6. Ability to handle pressure and manage incidents independently
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
