We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Contracts Manager to manage, review, and oversee contracts within the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with the legal team, business units, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment of all contractual agreements. This role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, experience in commercial contracts, and familiarity with the telecommunications, Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU), Home Owners Associations (HOA), and/or cable industries. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts including commercial agreements, vendor contracts, sales agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to internal teams on contract terms, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with internal attorneys, business leaders, and stakeholders to support contract negotiations and decision-making.
  • Conduct legal research, fact-finding, and analysis to support contract strategy and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, including organizing, storing, and retrieving agreements.
  • Develop and implement contract management processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract-related matters.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure contracts align with business goals.
  • Monitor contract performance, renewals, and obligations, and address any compliance issues proactively.
 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Paralegal certificate required.
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in MDU, HOA, cable, or telecommunications environments with a commercial or sales focus.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, legal language, compliance, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams, attorneys, and external partners.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and provide sound judgment in all contractual matters.
