We’re looking for enthusiastic and professional Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Front of House team at Catseye Pool Club Restaurant and help deliver unforgettable experiences in one of Australia’s most stunning locations.

With refined interiors, elevated dining, and personalised service, Catseye Pool Club blends laid-back luxury with heartfelt hospitality in a world-class setting.
About the Opportunity:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily service operations across our premium restaurant and bar. You’ll lead by example – mentoring and motivating the team to deliver warm, polished service that reflects the essence of The Sundays.
Your Role
- Supervise front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service
- Lead, mentor, and support the team to foster a positive work environment
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, anticipating needs and going above expectations
- Uphold high standards of food and beverage service, including wine knowledge and cocktail excellence
- Train staff in service techniques, guest engagement, and product understanding
- Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and safety protocols
- Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards throughout the venue
What we're looking for
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining venue
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train a team
- Solid wine service knowledge and awareness of current food and beverage trends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Calm under pressure with a polished and professional demeanour
- RSA certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting
