About the role: 
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and producing captivating marketing materials that showcase our properties and our services.  With a focus on creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design, this role offers an ideal environment for professional growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the competitive real estate industry. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Designing marketing materials and social media graphics that align with the company's branding guidelines. 

• Creating visually appealing property listings and presentations to showcase our properties in the best light possible. 

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts and strategies to promote our services and listings. 

• Ensuring consistency and quality across all design projects while meeting tight deadlines. 

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the visual identity of Marshall White Real Estate. 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field. 

• 3+ years' experience in a similar position 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. 

• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively translate ideas into visually appealing designs. 

• Experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus, but not required.  

• Positive and an enthusiastic attitude
