Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing correspondences, data entry, and maintaining organized filing systems. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
  • Manage and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meeting logistics
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
