About This Opportunity
Join our Mobile Financial Services (MFS) team within the Business Unit Fintech, where we shape and execute strategies to drive Ericsson’s MFS business toward growth and profitability.
As a key player in the fintech space, MFS is dedicated to transforming financial transactions through innovative solutions and technology. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to expanding market presence and enhancing customer experiences, while collaborating with industry experts to meet evolving market demands.
What you will do
- Install Ericsson Wallet Platform in customer/local environments
- Integrate Ericsson Wallet Platform with internal and external nodes
- Perform white box and black box testing with internal/external teams
- Prepare unit test cases, methods of procedure (MOPs), and test reports
- Configure solutions in test and customer environments
- Work with solution architects and business analysts to understand requirements and design
- Identify growth opportunities from maturing solutions – drive innovation and monetize existing footprints
- Report on progress of assigned activities to Solution Architects and customer project managers
- Proactively develop competence in new solution areas and pursue relevant certifications
Work Location
Offshore/Onsite (across the globe) based on customer location.
You will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, including:
- Customer governance and engagement
- Product deployment in public cloud environments
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker-based deployments
- Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Shell scripting, TCP/IP, DIAMETER, SMPP, HTTP, Oracle, MySQL, XML APIs, clustering, and client-server concepts
- Experience writing Test Object Lists (TOL)
- Prepared for extensive travel (up to 80%), able to work across customer time zones and support night production activities
- Strong initiative, quick learner, task-oriented and self-driven, with excellent team spirit
- Insight into market and technology evolution, especially fintech trends, with ability to translate into business opportunities
- High accountability and autonomy; strong time management and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Prepared extensive travel based on business needs, able to support in customer time zone and Night Production Activities.
