Job Purpose

To manage and streamline HR operational processes including employee lifecycle management, HRIS administration, compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of HR services across the corporate office.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas

 

 

 

 

 

 

Objective Key Responsibilities (OKRs)

 

  • Manage onboarding, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
  • Address employee queries related to HR operations.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in HRIS and employee data.
  • Complete onboarding and exit processes within defined timelines.
  • Maintain full compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
  • Deliver monthly HR reports and MIS on time.

 

 

  Team Manager Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR operations.
  • Support junior HR team members and promote process improvements.
  • Drive automation and digitization initiatives in HR operations.

 

 

 

Key Performance Indicators

 

  • Accuracy and timeliness of HR operations.
  • Compliance with statutory and internal HR policies.
  • Employee satisfaction with HR services.

Education and Certifications

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
