We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising production processes, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including process parameters and quality metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Provide training and support to new team members on process operations and safety protocols.
- Basic Shift Pattern: "3 on, 4 off" (Rotating Days/Nights)
Work 3 consecutive shifts (either days or nights)
Qualifications:- An understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members across departments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
