As the Product Analyst, you are responsible for working with our service providers to understand, in detail, the features and functionality of the content, as well as understanding and communicating the defined roadmap of content being released. You will take ownership and proactively provide updates to the website and implement the content strategy as agreed with Business and other relevant stakeholders. You will work hand in hand with the Product Specialist, Product Manager, Internal Teams and Service Providers to ensure the delivery and technical integrations of content, and ensure communications are distributed to the respective teams of these implementations..

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the knowledge expert in the content offered per Vertical by communicating and highlighting key features, functionalities and overall offering within each Vertical space.
  • Source new content and new content providers that fit within our industry and brand.
  • Account Management for suppliers and vendors that we integrate with.
  • Understand all Product releases and feature sets so you have a good understand of what our potential opportunities are when implemented.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date with the vertical content roadmap and progress, any delays to be communicated – all regions. 
  • Ensuring the Product (Web & Mobile) has the most efficient customer experience in the Vertical space.
  • Work with the analytical teams to analyze and understand customer behaviour.
  • Ensure you leverage off all possible data sources and product functionality for decision making on any website and user experience changes.
  • Coordinate the communication, commercials and integrations with providers, and the release of new providers.
  • Communicate with various internal departments to ensure proper and successful launch of new content.
  • Monitoring the performance of content across the various verticals on offer.
  • Collaborate with Product Manager on strategic and suggested changes required for the Websites and scope out the Web Dev Briefing and Change Requests

  • Experience in a combination of but not limited to, product roll-out, web and mobile Product offerings
  • Ability to analyse problems and create effective solutions
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate technical touchpoints of various integrations on our platforms
  • Display a high acumen of project administration and project management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Ability to communicate across multiple business streams
  • Ability to effectively report on exceptions and nuisances
  • Ability to influence others
  • Good Interpersonal & relationship building skills – Team Player
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively, as well as work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use pivot tables and work with an advanced statistical database and statistical methods and functions
