Job Title: Service Operations Intern
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Duration: 6 Months / 1 year
Education Recommendations: Students in Administration, Economy, Engineering, or other similar courses.

Role Overview:
As a Service Operations Intern, you'll enjoy rotation opportunities across various functions, gaining comprehensive exposure to Nokia's business operations and enhancement of project management practices. Kickstart your career in project management while contributing to groundbreaking telecommunications projects and making a meaningful impact!
 

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue tracking initiatives for market units, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of financial performance.
  • Create engaging presentations that highlight team performance, streamlining processes to enhance the global team's effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that prioritize clarity and insight, helping to save time and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations Managers to maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely status updates.
  • Assist in identifying potential upsides to improve business outcomes and enhance the accuracy of forecast-building efforts.
     

Qualifications

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
