Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones.
Manage candidate communication and ensure timely updates.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support offer release, background checks, and onboarding activities.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth hiring process.
Generate recruitment reports and help improve processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, Workday, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Work Location
The successful candidate will be expected to be in Harness' Bangalore office 3x / week.
