Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of internal communication campaigns across various channels (email, intranet, digital signage, etc.).
- Support the internal communications strategy by building, formatting and distributing internal communications in our email system and working to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain and update internal distribution lists to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Keep the Davies intranet &other internal comms platforms regularly updated – including but not limited to editing site pages and uploading of images and news articles.
- Work collaboratively with the global Internal Communications team
sto communicate appropriately and deliver internal communication initiatives effectively with stakeholders across the business. - Work closely with the internal design team to request digital design assets for emails, intranet assets, in-office posters, and other designed materials as needed.
- Order and manage the inventory and shipments of merchandise for internal communications activities and events.
- Administer internal awards and recognition schemes, including tracking nominations, communicating with winners and distributing.
- Execute administration tasks for the global Corporate Communications team where necessary. Monitor and review data from campaigns. Create reports based on engagement metrics and employee feedback.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Mandatory: 5+ years’ experience Required Previous experience working in an internal communications role.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or another related field or equivalent. Working knowledge of a Marketing Communications software such as Poppulo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc., preferred, but not required.
- Proactive, independent, and takes initiative with consistent follow through.
- Superb communication skills, verbal and written, conducted in a timely manner.
- Superior time management skills with capability of working with and meeting deadlines.
