AMS Business System Manager

Who are we looking for?
A vacancy has arisen for an AMS Business System Manager to ensure the AMS processes and system is effectively used, providing the business with the system tools to perform their roles.
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
- Previous experience of Hexagon AMS is not essential as training will be given. We would welcome applications from individuals with experience of frontline maintenance who have an interest and aptitude for IT systems management.
What your key responsibilities will be:
- Review, prioritise and implement the key business benefits, including savings from warranties, operational efficiencies, and improved data.
- Provide ‘Level 2’ support for the AMS application, investigating and resolving user queries.
- Investigate and Implement process and system improvements.
- Perform testing of proposed solutions from the third-party support.
- Implement and support AMS in depots & terminals.
- Review, evaluate, prioritise and test change requests.
- Work to configure and identify the optimal use of AMS for the business.
- Ensure training and support is provided to the business application users.
- Maintain good working relationships with vendors, customers & staff
- Work with the application support team to provide testing and support for new application releases.
