This is an opportunity for someone with a background in consulting, banking, or a related field, looking to step into their first in-house strategy or operations role. You will contribute to a variety of strategic, and operational initiatives, supporting senior team members and gaining exposure to business challenges across Aristocrat’s global operations.
What you'll do
Support the delivery of group-wide strategic, commercial, and operational projects
Conduct financial, commercial, and operational analysis to inform business decisions
Drive, assist and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomes
Collaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forward
Prepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders
What we're looking for
2–3 years’ experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role with emphasis on Program Management
Strong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
Critical decisioning and judgement
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a low-ego, team-oriented approach
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize actions
