We're looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of maternity leave. This role focuses on leading clear and engaging product content experiences for our global business customers, Trustpilot Business. This position involves collaboration with several teams, requiring the candidate to prioritize and manage various timelines effectively.

Your previous projects have directly supported high-level business goals, including increasing revenue and adoption rates. You find fulfillment in creating experiments that align with major organizational goals, and you quickly assimilate and articulate complicated technical details.
This role is for you if you have impressive experience working on a UX or product-led team.
What you’ll do
- Design, write, and edit compelling in-product content that helps our users and provides data-driven results for Trustpilot. This includes product flows, interface language, product names, navigational content, terminology, and other relevant product content
- Shape product narratives, along with squad direction and strategy, by building influence with product peers and developing documentation
- Build on and lead B2B product content strategy and design regular tests that either confirm or grow beyond this
- Apply strategic thinking to the product, whether it’s defining UX guidance, conducting audits of content experiences, or creating new information architecture
- Drive the conversation around AI, whether that be applying AI-processes to existing workflows, or designing prompts and prompt libraries for new features and products
- Offer and receive feedback from your UX design peers by building the best products, as well as running your own content crits with other content designers
- Create or contribute to design sessions, wireframes, and high-fidelity design mocks in Figma
- Collaborate daily with stakeholders across disciplines, including engineering, product design, research, product marketing, and data analytics
- Consistently recognize, rank, and engage with the most significant projects within B2B.
What you’ll need
- Impressive experience in content design and/or UX writing
- Examples of content that have seen tangible business results or have been used to drive decisions in a squad
- Remarkable capabilities in communication, presentation, and collaborating with diverse individuals, especially in English
- High level of familiarity with UX design tools, such as Figma
- Demonstrated experience of leading projects in areas with a large amount of ambiguity and stakeholder input
- Experience in the UK government’s digital teams is a plus
- Experience writing and designing for business customers and audiences in the UK and US is a plus.
