Your Role:

The role serves as the Business Analysis Lead of the Sector CFO Electronics, reports to the Head of Planning, Reporting & Strategic Controlling, and leads all team members, focusing on steering core FP&A processes. The role is the primary contact point for colleagues from the Group with regard to business analysis. Part of your scope will be: Financial performance management. You will lead all financial steering processes in Electronics, e.g., target setting, forecasting, and actual analysis. You will run Monthly and quarterly reports providing insights across the Electronics business and functions for the use of Executive management. You will organize all processes and coordinate the quarterly and monthly close schedules, as well as rolling forecast and target setting. You will identify measures to improve financial performance and challenge business assumptions. You will distill the key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities from a large data set. You will lead the reporting for DivCo, overseeing R&D, IT, and BP of enabling functions. You will support various Electronics-wide projects (e.g., Spice, Rise, efficiency programs) where data and insights are required as a critical success factor. Your key stakeholders are ELEC, EL Finance LT, Group Controlling, Investor Relations, Group Tax, Group Financial Reporting, DES, FP&A leads of LS and HC (best practice sharing)

 

Who you are:

  • Min. 5 years Controlling / background in a global/international environment with in-depth knowledge in the areas of financial management, controlling, and international accounting
  • Holistic understanding of finance (controlling, accounting, process, and tool know-how, investment analysis)
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint as well as common reporting systems, TM1, FAI@M, SAP BW, MCFC, etc.
  • Outstanding analytical skills (e.g., identify problems to be solved in complex and ambiguous environments)
  • Team player who co-creates solutions and drives / ensures implementation beyond own team
  • Leadership: agenda setting, result orientation during execution, organizational transformation
  • Communication: articulate complex topics simply and understandably, provide clarity on direction and expectations, comfortable in interaction with senior management
  • Excellent collaboration with a large number of diverse stakeholders (establish interpersonal trust, drive alignment, and ability to effectively resolve conflict)
