Job Summary: As a Client Account Documentation Specialist within the Digital Documentation Services (DDS) Operations team, you will coordinate all aspects related to Securities Services client end-to-end account documentation management, including client onboarding, account maintenance, account closure, and other product-related services. You will oversee the lifecycle of documents, ensuring proper classification, maintenance, retrieval, and compliance with organizational policies. Your role supports efficient document workflows and ensures the organization meets regulatory compliance standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end account documentation for Securities Services clients, including client onboarding, account maintenance, and account closure.
- Support the maintenance of a centralized repository, including scanning and indexing of client documentation.
- Provide timely information to stakeholders on pending requests and possible impacts on other processes.
- Ensure documentation conforms to business legal guidelines, policies, and standards, including risk mitigation through adherence to the control framework.
- Identify and escalate issues promptly and timely, which may impact service.
- Maintain control of the environment in respect of JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and local regulatory rules.
- Provide operational support to supply audit/compliance/regulator/stakeholders with query handling, documentation, and analysis as required.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- University/Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years’ experience with client documentation management or strong financial systems integration experience with client systems.
- Detail-oriented and methodical.
- Strong teamwork and partnership.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Strong and effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable self-motivation, initiation, and strong customer focus.
- Superior analytical skills with proven experience and skills in diagnosing problems.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
