Role Overview:
The HoT Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in strengthening the cultural, strategic, and experiential fabric of the Home of Tech (HoT) organization within MB Tech India. This role will drive Strategic Messaging & Identity Building to align employees with the HoT vision, values, and transformation journey.
The role will act as a strategic connector between HoT global teams, and local stakeholders—ensuring that both global narratives and India-specific strategic priorities are understood, experienced, and internalized
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and delivery of MB Tech India-centric narratives that reinforce HoT’s purpose, values, and strategic direction.
· Build messaging frameworks to communicate CIO Office’s business impact, leadership voice, and transformation story across multiple formats.
· Maintain brand tone, voice, and identity consistency while ensuring cultural and contextual relevance for the India hub.
· Serve as the India representative to the HoT Global Engagement and Strategy teams, contributing to joint planning, campaign execution, and success storytelling.
· Adapt and localize global campaigns and transformation messages to resonate with the India workforce.
· Bring India perspectives, success stories, and feedback into global planning forums.
· Partner with the CIO Office India Lead and HoT Strategy team to co-create communication and engagement strategies for India-specific themes.
· Support strategic change initiatives through carefully planned narrative design, engagement interventions, and feedback mechanisms.
· Align engagement plans to drive awareness, alignment, and enthusiasm around India Hub’s contributions to the global tech agenda.
· Support and amplify employee-led initiatives such as CSR, DEI, wellness programs, recognition platforms, and tech communities.
· Curate and promote success stories by collaborating with HoT Global Teams from across levels, functions, and locations that highlight talent, innovation, collaboration, and impact.
· Create compelling content (e.g., leadership messages, newsletters, videos, digital campaigns, visual assets) to bring strategy and purpose to life.
· Manage internal messaging channels and editorial calendars, ensuring consistency, flow, and relevance.
· Monitor engagement metrics, feedback, and pulse insights to continuously evolve content and communication strategies.
Experience:
· 8–10 years in internal engagement, strategic communications, culture enablement, or messaging roles in global organizations—preferably in technology or IT services.
Core Skills:
· Exceptional storytelling and written communication across formats.
· Strong stakeholder and program management skills.
· Ability to translate complex strategic or technical topics into clear, relatable narratives.
· Skilled in internal platforms (Intranet, digital tools, visual storytelling, social collaboration tools).
· Familiarity with content performance metrics and feedback analysis.
· Creative and collaborative approach to solving engagement challenges.
